by Ungarn: Last-Minute-Nachtausnahme von Ferienfahrverboten
Die Information, dass die vom ungarischen Straßentransportverband (MKFE) beantragte Ausnahmegenehmigung gewährt wird, wurde erst spät in der Nacht veröffentlicht.
❗ Dies ist eine weitere Situation, in der die Entscheidung des Verkehrsministeriums, das Lkw-Fahrverbot auszusetzen, in letzter Minute verkündet wird und unnötige Verwirrung stiftet.
Die nächtliche Ausnahme (zwischen 22:00 und 6:00 Uhr) gilt für Lkw mit einem zulässigen Gesamtgewicht über 7,5 Tonnen die im nationalen und internationalen Verkehr eingesetzt werden um sicherzustellen, dass es zu keinen Unterbrechungen bei der Lieferung von Gütern kommt.
Mit Nachtausnahmen gilt das Lkw-Fahrverbot am:
– 7. April (Karfreitag) von 06:00 bis 22:00 Uhr
– 9. April (Ostersonntag) von 06:00 bis 22:00 Uhr
– 10. April (Ostermontag) von 06:00 bis 22:00 Uhr
by Der ungarisch-slowakische Grenzübergang für den Lkw-Verkehr gesperrt
Am 17. April wird aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten an der Hauptstraße Nr. 13 in der Slowakei der Grenzübergang Vámosszabadi-Medvedov für Lkw mit einem zGG über 3,5 Tonnen gesperrt.
Personenkraftwagen und Busse dürfen die Grenze passieren, der LKW-Verkehr wird jedoch entlang der Hauptstraße Nr. 14 in Ungarn nach Komárom umgeleitet.
❗ Lkw, die auf der ungarischen Seite der Grenze ankommen, können die folgende Umleitungsroute benutzen: Straße Nr. 14 -> Straße Nr. 813 -> Autobahn M19 -> Autobahn M1 – Straße Nr. 13. Die Umleitungsroute wird mit gelben Schildern gekennzeichnet. Lkw können den Abschnitt der Straße Nr. 14 von der Kreuzung mit der Straße Nr. 813 bis zur Grenze bei Vámosszabadi nur benutzen, wenn sich ihr Bestimmungsort in diesem Bereich befindet.
by Night closures of the SE-30 in Seville
Because of works connected with the replacement of struts of the Centenario Bridge between KP 10 and 12 of the SE-30 around Seville, traffic in both directions has to be temporarily closed.
To minimize traffic disruptions, work on the bridge will only be carried out at night. For this reason, the SE-30 between KP 10 and 12 will be completely closed in both directions between 9:30 PM and 06:00 AM every night from 12 to 17 February and from 19 to 24 February (10 nights altogether).
During the closures, traffic will be diverted as follows:
◾SE-30 from Cadiz to Huelva:
Traffic from the A-4 motorway (towards Cádiz) will be diverted to exit 549 (SE-30 Centenario Bridge/SE-40/A-49 Huelva/A-66 Mérida) towards the Esclusa motorway (SE-31), then the SE-31 as far as the roundabout on José Delgado Brackenbury Street, from where drivers will be able to enter SE-30 via the route described above. Traffic from SE-30 towards Huelva will be diverted to exit 9 (A-4 towards Cadiz), then A-4 to exit 549 (SE-30 Port of Seville /A-49 Huelva/A-66 Mérida), then along the Esclusa motorway (SE-31) and will continue along the route described above.
◾SE-30 from Huelva to Cadiz:
Traffic from SE-30 towards Cadiz will be diverted via exit 12b (E-5/SE-40/all directions, Southern Harbor/East/Free Zone) towards the Esclusa motorway (SE-31) until it joins SE-40; from there drivers can continue in all directions, including along the SE-30.

Das Bundesministerium für Klimaschutz, Umwelt, Energie, Mobilität, Innovation und Technologie hat in der 83. Verordnung vom 31.03.2023 den Fahrverbotskalender für das Jahr 2023 nun veröffentlicht.
Auf Grund des § 42 Abs. 5 Straßenverkehrsordnung 1960, BGBl. Nr. 159/1960, zuletzt geändert durch BGBl. I Nr. 122/2022, wird verordnet:
§ 1. Das Fahren mit Lastkraftwagen oder Sattelkraftfahrzeugen mit einem höchsten zulässigen Gesamtgewicht von mehr als 7,5 t und von Lastkraftwagen mit Anhängern, bei denen die Summe der höchsten zulässigen Gesamtgewicht beider Fahrzeuge mehr als 7,5 t beträgt, ist
1. am 6. April 2023 von 12 bis 20 Uhr, am 7. April 2023 von 16 bis 22 Uhr, am 8. April 2023 von 11 bis 15 Uhr, am 25. April 2023 von 11 bis 22 Uhr, am 27. Mai 2023 von 7 bis 15 Uhr und am 2. Juni 2023 von 9 bis 22 Uhr auf der Inntalautobahn A 12 und Brennerautobahn A 13, wenn das Ziel der Fahrt in Italien oder in einem Land liegt, das über Italien erreicht werden soll;
2. an allen Samstagen vom 1. Juli 2023 bis einschließlich 26. August 2023 in der Zeit von 7 bis 15 Uhr, wenn das Ziel der Fahrt in Italien oder in einem Land liegt, das über Italien erreicht werden soll und am 7. April 2023 und 3. Oktober 2023 in der Zeit von 0 bis 22 Uhr sowie an allen Samstagen vom 1. Juli 2023 bis 26. August 2023 in der Zeit von 7 bis 15 Uhr, wenn das Ziel der Fahrt in Deutschland oder in einem Land liegt, das über Deutschland erreicht werden soll, auf der Inntal Autobahn A 12 und auf der Brenner Autobahn A 13;
3. an allen Samstagen vom 1. Juli 2023 bis einschließlich 26. August 2023 in der Zeit von 8 bis 15 Uhr außerhalb des Ortsgebietes in beiden Fahrtrichtungen auf der
a) Loferer Straße B 178 von Lofer bis Wörgl;
b) Ennstalstraße B 320 beginnend bei Straßenkilometer 4,500;
c) Seefelder Straße B 177 im gesamten Bereich;
d) Fernpassstraße B 179 von Nassereith bis Biberwier;
e) Achensee Straße B 181 im gesamten Bereich;
f) Brenner Straße B 182 im gesamten Bereich;
4. an allen Samstagen vom 1. Juli 2023 bis einschließlich 26. August 2023 in der Zeit von 8 bis 15 Uhr auf der Ost Autobahn A 4 vom Knoten Schwechat bis zur Staatsgrenze Nickelsdorf in beiden Fahrtrichtungen, ausgenommen Ziel- und Quellverkehre nach und aus den Bezirken Neusiedl am See, Eisenstadt, Eisenstadt-Umgebung, Rust, Mattersburg, Bruck an der Leitha, Gänserndorf und Korneuburg verboten.
by Changes in Spanish HGV restrictions
By virtue of the resolution of the General Directorate of Road Traffic, the following special measures have been introduced in 2023:
1️⃣Three items have been added in section C.1 regarding reserved lanes for vehicles with a large number of passengers (2 or more):
◾ Left lane of the Ma-19 motorway between KP 2.600 and 6.500 in the direction of descending kilometric points, access to the city of Palma (Mallorca-Illes Balears) if indicated by road signs.
◾ Left lanes of the A-2 motorway in the province of Madrid, in both directions, between KP 18.600 (Torrejón de Ardoz) to KP 4.300 (Madrid – the connection with the M-30 motorway) in the direction of descending kilometric points and between KP 6.100 (Madrid – M-30 motorway connection) 40) to 14,900 (Coslada/San Fernando de Henares) in the direction of ascending kilometric points if indicated by road signs.
◾ Left lanes of the V-21 motorway in the province of Valencia, in both directions, between KP 10.101 (Albuixech) and 16.470 (Alboraya) in the direction of ascending kilometric points and between KP 16.710 (Alboraya) and 10.390 (Albuixech) in the direction of decreasing kilometric points, if indicated by road signs.
In all cases, the minimum number of occupants is two people, including the driver and reserved lanes can only be used by two- or three-wheel motorcycles, passenger cars, buses with a maximum permissible weight of over 3.5 tonnes, articulated buses and multi-purpose vehicles.
2️⃣ Restrictions on the A8 between Cantabria and the Basque Country during the summer apply on all Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in July and August. Similarly, the usual summer ban on the N-631 in the province of Zamora for travel has also been extended to all Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in June.
3️⃣ An overtaking ban for HGVs has been introduced on certain road sections in the summer months:
➡In order to increase road safety and traffic flow, an overtaking ban may be introduced on certain days and in certain times for vehicles with a GVW of over 7.5 t, for vehicles that require a supplementary movement permit on dates and on routes referred to in Annex V(1) 3 of this Resolution.
➡The overtaking ban for HGVs may be established on roads and sections other than those indicated in the above-mentioned point 3 of Annex V to ensure road safety and facilitate traffic flow. Overtaking bans will be announced by variable message signs or permanent signs.

However, depending on the situation, it such lanes can be opened along road sections other than those indicated in Annex V, paragraph. 4 of this Resolution.

Am 31. März sowie am 1., 2., 6., 7., 9. und 10. April gelten zusätzliche Beschränkungen für Fahrzeuge oder Fahrzeugkombinationen mit einer zulässigen Gesamtmasse von mehr als 7,5 Tonnen.
Am Freitag, 31. März und Donnerstag, 6. April, von 15:00 bis 21:00 Uhr:
⭕ zwischen KP 126, Ausfahrt 12B in La Roca del Vallès, Granollers und der Verbindung mit der C-60 in der Gemeinde La Roca del Vallés und KP 172, Ausfahrt 25 in Martorell und der Verbindung mit der Autobahn A-2 , in der Gemeinde Martorell, müssen Lkw (über 7,5 Tonnen) den rechten Fahrstreifen benutzen und dürfen andere Fahrzeuge nicht überholen und schneller als 80 km/h fahren.
⭕ zwischen KP 172, Ausfahrt 25 in Martorell und der Kreuzung mit der A-2, in der Gemeinde Martorell, und KP 176,6, Ausfahrt 26 in Gelida und Sant Llorenç d’Hortons, müssen Lkw (über 7,5 Tonnen) in Richtung Süden die rechte Spur benutzen und dürfen andere Fahrzeuge nicht überholen. Auf diesem Abschnitt der AP-7 beträgt die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung für leichte Fahrzeuge 100 km/h und 90 km/h für Lkw.
⭕ auf dem Abschnitt Terres de l’Ebre mit nur zwei Fahrspuren, zwischen KP 257, Ausfahrt 35 in Vila-seca, Salou, Reus S. und Port Aventura, in der Gemeinde Vila-seca, und KP 344,8, der Grenze zwischen Tarragona und Castellón in der Gemeinde Ulldecona müssen Lkw (über 7,5 Tonnen) in Richtung Süden die rechte Spur benutzen und dürfen andere Fahrzeuge nicht überholen.
Am Samstag, 1. April und Freitag, 7. April, von 09:00 bis 14:00 Uhr:
⭕ zwischen KP 172, Ausfahrt 25 in Martorell und der Kreuzung mit der A-2, in der Gemeinde Martorell, und KP 176,6, Ausfahrt 26 in Gelida y Sant Llorenç d’Hortons, müssen Lkw (über 7,5 Tonnen) in Richtung Süden den rechten Fahrstreifen benutzen und dürfen andere Fahrzeuge nicht überholen. Auf diesem Abschnitt der AP-7 beträgt die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung für leichte Fahrzeuge 100 km/h und 90 km/h für Lkw.
Am Sonntag, 2. und 9. April, und Montag, 10. April, von 15:00 bis 21:00 Uhr:
⭕ Wegen der Einrichtung einer Fahrspur in die entgegengesetzte Richtung zwischen KP 8 der Straße B-23, Ausfahrt 8 bei Sant Feliu de Llobregat und Molins de Rei Sud und KP 213 der Autobahn AP-7, wo AP-7 auf AP-2 trifft, in der Gemeinde Banyeres del Penedès müssen Lkw (über 7,5 Tonnen) die rechte Spur benutzen und dürfen andere Fahrzeuge nicht überholen und schneller als 80 km/h fahren.
⭕ Aus dem gleichen Grund, aufgrund der geplanten Einrichtung von Fahrspuren in entgegengesetzter Richtung auf der Autobahn AP-7, zwischen KP 111.1, Ausfahrt 11 bei Sant Celoni und Montseny, in der Gemeinde Sant Celoni, und KP 133,8, Ausfahrt 13 bei Granollers, Montornés del Vallés und Vilanova del Vallés, müssen Lkw (über 7,5 Tonnen) die rechte Spur benutzen und dürfen andere Fahrzeuge nicht überholen und schneller als 80 km/h fahren.
⭕ Wegen der Einrichtung einer Fahrspur in die entgegengesetzte Richtung auf der Autobahn C-32 zwischen KP 114, Ausfahrt 113 in Canet de Mar, und KP84.5, der Kreuzung mit B-20 in Montgat, müssen Lkw (über 7,5 Tonnen) die rechte Spur benutzen und dürfen andere Fahrzeuge nicht überholen und schneller als 80 km/h fahren.
by Malhowice-Niżankowice border crossing: rules for the clearance of empty lorries
Border checks will be carried out 24/7 in both directions using temporary infrastructure located on both the Polish and Ukrainian sides.
Starting from 7:00 AM on 13 February unladen lorries with a GVW above 7.5 tonnes can be cleared to cross the Polish-Ukrainian border at the facility in Malhowice-Niżankowice, which is still under construction. The new border crossing will help to shorten waiting times for border clearance.
The possibility of border clearance does not apply to the following types of vehicles”
• with a GVW below 7.5 tons,
• used for transporting dangerous goods (ADR),
• used for transporting livestock (after disinfection),
• vehicles transporting abnormal loads without a permit,
• carrying surplus fuel in tanks of vehicles and refrigerated containers,
• transporting returnable packaging, excluding packaging that is part of the vehicle’s equipment,
• transporting goods for which an oral customs declaration is permitted in accordance with Article 135, item 1, lit. b) through d) and item 2 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446 of 28 July 2015 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards detailed rules for certain provisions of the Union Customs Code (OJ EU Office L No. 343 of December 29, 2015, page 1, as amended),
• vehicles transporting goods for which an oral declaration for export is permitted in accordance with Art. 137 point 1 lit. b) through g) and point 2 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446.
by Slowakei hebt das Feiertagsfahrverbot auf
Auf Ersuchen des slowakischen Straßenverkehrsverbandes ČESMAD hat das Präsidium der Polizei am 7. April (Karfreitag) eine allgemeine Ausnahme vom LKW-Fahrverbot gewährt
Die Ausnahmeregelung gilt für alle Lkw, die auf Autobahnen, Straßen für Kraftfahrzeuge, Straßen der I Klasse und Straßen des internationalen Verkehrs fahren und aus einigen Nachbarländern in die Slowakei kommen um Ziele in der Slowakei (z. B. Firmensitz oder Entladestelle) anzusteuern.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass für den Feiertag am 10. April (Ostermontag) keine Ausnahmegenehmigung erteilt worden ist, daher gilt an diesem Tag das Lkw-Fahrverbot wie gewohnt von 00:00 bis 22:00 Uhr.
by HGV restrictions in Catalonia in February and March
Owing to forecasts of significant increases in traffic volume on the 17th and 24th of February and 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th of March, an additional restriction will be introduced on some road and motorway sections for vehicles or combinations of vehicles with a maximum authorised mass of more than 7.5 tons, which are required to use the right lane and must not overtake other vehicles and drive faster than 80 km/h.
On Friday, on the 17th and 24th of February and 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th of March between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, the restrictions will apply on the following road sections:
➖ the AP-7 motorway, between KP 126, exit 12B at La Roca del Vallés, Granollers and the junction with the C-60 in La Roca del Vallés, and KP 172, exit 25 at Martorell and the junction with the A-2 in the Martorell commune;
➖ the AP-7 motorway in the territory of Terres de l’Ebre, where there are only two lanes, between KP 257, exit 35 at Vila-seca, Salou, Reus S. and Port Aventura, in the municipality of Vila-seca, and KP 344,8 the border between Tarragona and Castellón, in the municipality of Ulldecona.
by Lkw-Dosierkalender für das zweite Halbjahr 2023
An 17 Tagen wird der aus Deutschland kommende Lkw-Verkehr auf der A12 Inntal Autobahn am Checkpoint bei Kufstein Nord dosiert. Für das Jahr 2023 sind damit insgesamt 41 Dosiertage vorgesehen, an welchen maximal 300 Lkw pro Stunde den Checkpoint passieren können.
Wie schon in den vergangenen Jahren wurde die spezielle Situation rund um Feiertage in Österreich, Italien und Deutschland, welche aufgrund von Fahrverboten einen erheblichen Einfluss auf das Schwerverkehrsaufkommen an den Folgetagen haben, ebenso berücksichtigt wie der erhöhte Warenverkehrsstrom vor Weihnachten. Bei der Erstellung des nun vorliegenden Dosierkalenders wurde zusätzlich zum seit 2018 bewährten Ermittlungsverfahren heuer erstmals ein eigenes Verkehrs-Simulationsmodell erstellt. Mit dessen Hilfe wurden das Ausmaß der Beeinträchtigung des Verkehrsflusses an ausgewählten Tagen untersucht, die Grenzleistungsfähigkeit ermittelt und eine Einteilung in Risikoklassen vorgenommen: Dies ist besonders hilfreich im Zusammenhang mit den ab Herbst anstehenden Sanierungsarbeiten auf der A 13 Brennerautobahn.
