Listed below are transhipment points in Belarus connected with the ban on the movement of vehicles registered in the European Union. The restrictions also apply to vehicles with a permissible total weight of up to 3.5 tons.
Since April 16 wehicles registered in the EU can enter Belarus through designated border crossings only to reach places designated by the Belarusian authorities in order to load or unload goods and attach the trailer to another tractor.
Listed below are 14 places where vehicles registered in the EU can reach in order to load or unload and attach a trailer to another tractor unit:

As can be seen from the list above shows along the Polish-Belorussian border there are three transshipment points: in Kozłowicze, Bierestowice and Bruzgi.
The Polish Ministry of Infrastructure advises Polish citizens and hauliers not to travel to Belarus and Russia. Those who have vehicles in Belarus and Russia are advised to immediately return to Poland.
by Zusätzliche Fahrverbote auf der Brennerautobahn A22
Aufgrund anstehender Feiertage in Österreich und Deutschland hat die Regierung der italienischen Provinz Bozen in Südtirol ein zusätzliches Fahrverbot erlassen für Fahrzeuge mit einem zulässigen Gesamtgewicht von über 7,5 Tonnen die an den folgenden Tagen auf der Brennerautobahn A22 in Richtung Norden zwischen Sterzing/Sterzing und Grenze zu Österreich gilt:
❌ 26. Mai von 00:00 bis 22:00 Uhr
❌ 6. Juni, von 00.00 bis 22.00 Uhr
❌ 16. Juni, von 00.00 bis 22.00 Uhr
Fahrzeuge, die zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens des Fahrverbotes schon auf der Brenner-Autobahn in der Provinz Bozen unterwegs sind, müssen auf dem Parkgelände der Sa.do.bre in Sterzing anhalten, bzw. auf anderen längs der Autobahn im Gemeindengebiet der anliegenden Gemeinden zur Verfügung gestellten Stehplätzen, u.z. nach den Modalitäten die von der Polizeibehörde für angemessen erachtet werden.
Wie üblich, sind Fahrzeuge die ausschließlich für den Transport von Schlachtvieh, verderblichen Lebensmitteln und im kombinierten Straßen- und Schienenverkehr (mit Bahnreservierung mit Kfz-Kennzeichen, Datum und Uhrzeit der Zugfahrt) eingesetzt werden vom Verbot ausgenommen.

153th Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology, with which a driving ban for trucks is imposed on certain roads (driving ban calendar 2022)
By virtue of Section 42 (5) of the 1960 Road Traffic Act, BGBl. No. 159/1960, last amended by BGBl. I No. 154/2021, the following is enacted:
§ 1. The movement of lorries or articulated vehicles with a maximum permissible total weight of more than 7.5 t and lorries with trailers, where the combined maximum permissible weight of both vehicles exceeds 7.5 t is prohibited
1. on April 15 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., on April 16 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., on April 25 between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m. and on June 2, between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. along the A 12 motorway in the Inn valley and the A 13 motorway in the Brenner Pass if the destination of the journey is located in Italy or in a country that has to be reached via Italy;
2. on all Saturdays from July 2, up to and including August 27 between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. if the destination of the journey is located in Italy or in a country that has to be reached via Italy and on April 15 and October 3 from midnight to 10 p.m. and on all Saturdays from July 2, to August 27, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. if the destination of the journey is located in Germany or in a country that has to be reached via Germany, along the A 12 motorway in the Inn valley and the A 13 motorway in the Brenner Pass;
3. on all Saturdays from July 2 up to and including August 27, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. outside built-up areas in both directions on the
a) Loferer Straße B 178 from Lofer to Wörgl;
b) Ennstalstraße B 320 starting at road kilometer 4, 500;
c) Seefelder Straße B 177;
d) Fernpassstraße B 179 from Nassereith to Biberwier;
e) Achensee Straße B 181;
4. on all Saturdays from July 2, up to and including August 27 between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. on the A 4 motorway from the Schwechat junction to the Nickelsdorf state border in both directions, with the exception of terminating and originating traffic to and from the districts of Neusiedl am See, Eisenstadt, Eisenstadt area, Rust, Mattersburg, Bruck an der Leitha, Gänserndorf and Korneuburg.
§ 2.(1) The following journeys are exempt from the driving bans mentioned in § 1 items 1, 2, 3 and 4:
1. Transports of slaughter cattle or livestock, mail items and periodicals, supplies of drinks to tourist areas, urgent deliveries to petrol stations, catering establishments and events or repairs of cooling systems, towing services, roadside assistance, assistance in emergencies, medical care, the use of vehicles by road maintenance companies or to maintain road traffic, in road or rail construction, the use of vehicles by public security services, fire brigades, the use of vehicles for garbage collection, waste disposal, to maintain the operation of water treatment plants or the use of vehicles by companies providing regular services, as well as journeys of vehicles used by travelling carnivals (Section 2 (1) Z 42 KFG 1967), incl. teams of lighting and sound engineers travelling to and from the venue, journeys according to § 42 para. 3a StVO, urgent journeys involving lorries, articulated vehicles or trucks with trailers used by the Austrian armed forces or foreign troops staying in Austria by virtue of the Troop Residence Act, BGBI I No. 57/2001, or humanitarian aid transports performed by recognized organizations;
2. Journeys performed exclusively to transport goods to or from airports (Section 64 of the Aviation Act) or military airfields that are used for civil aviation purposes in accordance with Section 62 (3) of the Aviation Act;
3. Journeys involving combined rail-road freight transport from the consignor to the nearest technically suitable loading station or from the closest technically suitable unloading station to the recipient and back to the next loading station, provided that a fully completed document can be presented showing that the vehicle or its superstructures (swap bodies, containers) are to be transported by rail or have already been transported; this applies mutatis mutandis to combined water-road freight transport;
4. Journeys with destinations in Italy or via Italy if they are made along the A 12 motorway in the Inn valley or the A 13 motorway in the Brenner Pass during the period specified in § 1 Items 1 or 2 and which can be credibly shown to be exempt from driving bans that apply in Italy;
5. Journeys with destinations in Germany or via Germany if they are made along the A 12 motorway in the Inn valley or the A 13 motorway in the Brenner Pas during the period specified in § 1 Items 1 or 2 and which can be credibly shown to be exempt from driving bans that apply in Germany.
(2) The driving bans mentioned in § 1 items 3 and 4 do not apply to empty runs performed until 10 a.m. to the driver’s place of residence, company headquarters, freight terminal, truck yard, the vehicle’s permanent location or the place from which the driver can return using public transport or a company car.
§3. Regulations that impose other driving bans remain unaffected.
by Überholverbot für Lkw am Sonntag auf der A7 in Katalonien
Fahrzeuge oder Fahrzeugkombinationen mit einer zulässigen Gesamtmasse von mehr als 7,5 Tonnen müssen den rechten Fahrstreifen benutzen und dürfen andere Fahrzeuge nicht überholen.
Die Einschränkung gilt für:
– der Abschnitt der Autobahn AP-7 zwischen KP 1158 in Sant Cugat del Vallès und KP 213 in Banyeres del Penedès
– der Abschnitt der Autobahn B-23 zwischen KP 8, Ausfahrt 8, Sant Feliu de Llobregat und Molins de Rei Sur, in der Gemeinde Sant Feliu de Llobregat und KP 15,5 an der Kreuzung mit AP-7 in der Gemeinde Castellbisbal.
Dieses Verbot gilt am Sonntag, 15. Mai, von 15:00 bis 22:00 Uhr. Außerdem dürfen die oben genannten Fahrzeuge nicht schneller als 80 km/h fahren.
by Catalonia: a change in Sunday HGV traffic restrictions
The new measure will take effect on Sunday, April 24 by virtue of the regulation of the Catalan Road Traffic Service, which introduces HGV traffic restrictions for 2022.
The regulation amends the restrictions that apply on the AP-7 between KP 5, at Girona-Norte and KP 216 in El Vendrell: the restrictions will not apply every Sunday, but only on Sundays when additional lanes are open in the opposite direction. On these days, lorries will only be able to drive along the right-hand lane with a maximum speed of 80 kph.
❗ In addition, on the following three days from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM lorries will not be able to use the AP-7 between KP 84.5 and 281 in both directions: on Sunday, June 26, Monday, August 15 and Monday, September 26.
As regards the restrictions in the Holy Week, owing to a delay in the entry into force of the regulation for 2022, the restrictions for 2021 are still in effect, which means that on April 17, lorries will still have to drive along the right-hand lane at a maximum speed of 80 kph.

Zwischen dem 6. und 30. Mai kann es entlang der Grenze zu Belgien auf der A16 in beide Richtungen sowie auf der A27 und A2 in Richtung Belgien zu Störungen kommen
by Niederlande: Verkehrsbehinderungen auf der A6 bei Lemmer
Auf der Autobahn A6 bei Lemmer in Richtung Emmeloord sind zwischen dem 10. und 19. Mai verschiedene Wartungsarbeiten geplant.
Die Arbeiten werden hauptsächlich abends und nachts durchgeführt. Für die Dauer der Arbeiten bleibt die A6 zwischen Lemmer und Bant gesperrt. Die folgenden Sperrungen sind zwischen dem 10. und 12. Mai und zwischen dem 17. und 19. Mai von 19:00 bis 5:00 Uhr geplant:
➡ Autobahn A6 Lemmer Richtung Emmeloord zwischen Lemmer (17) und Bant (16),
➡ Ausfahrt Lemmer (17) Richtung Emmeloord,
➡ Ausfahrt Bant (16) Richtung Emmeloord,
➡ Raststätte und Tankstelle Lemsterhop.
Der Verkehr wird über die Ausfahrt Lemmer (17), die Autobahn N718 und die Ausfahrt Bant (16) umgeleitet. Aus diesem Grund sollten Fahrer damit rechnen, dass sich ihre Reisezeit um etwa 20 Minuten verlängern kann.
by Verkehrsbehinderungen an der deutsch-polnischen Grenze in Świecko
Die Polnische Generaldirektion für Landesstraßen und Autobahnen (GDDKiA) fordert Fahrer auf andere Routen zu benutzen und die Grenze an anderen Orten zu überqueren.
Wegen dringender Renovierungsarbeiten auf der deutschen Seite auf A 12 (die Grenzbrücke über die Oder) ist die zugelassene Geschwindigkeit auf 60 km/h begrenzt worden und Verkehr wird nur über eine Fahrbahn geleitet in beiden Richtungen. Die Renovierungsarbeiten werden bis zum 22 Dezember dauern.
