Winterfahrverbot in Tirol auf der A12 und A13
Gemäß 3. Verordnung der Bundesministerin für Klimaschutz, Umwelt, Energie, Mobilität, Innovation und Technologie, ausgegeben am 5. Januar 2023, ist ein Lkw-Fahrverbot an bestimmten Samstagen im Winter 2023 (Winterfahrverbotskalender 2023) eingeführt worden.
Das Fahrverbot gilt für Lkw oder Sattelkraftfahrzeuge mit einem höchst zulässigen Gesamtgewicht von mehr als 7,5 Tonnen und von Lastkraftwagen mit Anhängern, bei denen die Summe der höchst zulässigen Gesamtgewichte beider Fahrzeuge mehr als 7,5 Tonnen beträgt. Das Verbot gilt an allen Samstagen vom 7. Januar bis einschließlich 11. März in der Zeit von 7 bis 15 Uhr auf der A 12 Inntalautobahn und der A 13 Brenner Autobahn wenn das Ziel liegt:
• in Italien oder in einem Land, das über Italien erreicht werden soll;
• in Deutschland oder einem Land, das über Deutschland erreicht werden soll.
