Zur Feier des 100. Jahrestages der Deklaration des slowakischen Volkes verabschiedete das Parlament des Landes ein Gesetz zur Durchführung eines einmaligen öffentlichen Feiertages am 30. Oktober
An diesem Tag gilt das Lkw-Transitverbot von 0:00 bis 22:00 Uhr. Nur Lastwagen, deren Bestimmungsort in der Slowakei liegt, sind von dem Verbot ausgenommen, d.h. sie müssen an diesen Ort kommen und dort anhalten.
