Dänemark – man darf nur reduzierte wöchentliche Ruhezeit im Fahrzeug verbringen
Ab dem 1. Juli 2018 wird ein neues Verbot in Dänemark in Kraft treten.
Das heißt dass Lkw-Fahrer ihre Fahrzeuge nicht länger als 25 Stunden auf Parkplätzen und Motels auf Autobahnen abstellen dürfen. Das Verbot gilt für 90 staatliche Einrichtungen im nationalen Straßen- und Autobahnnetz.
Ab Jahresbeginn sollten wir höhere Strafzahlungen in Dänemark erwarten. Bei Verstoß gegen das Verbot, die regelmäßige wöchentliche Ruhezeit im Fahrzeug zu verbringen wird die Geldbuße 2000 statt 510 Dänische Kronen betragen. Strafen für das Parken am Eingang oder Ausgang der Parkplätze werden von 1000 DKK auf ca. 3000 DKK erhöht.
