Spain: exceptional lifting of bans

In order to guarantee the supply of goods and products, the General Directorate of Traffic, after assessing the traffic forecasts and weather conditions forecast for this weekend, decided to exceptionally lift restrictions on the movement of vehicles with a GVW of the area of 7.5t, including those requiring additional permits and special vehicles (listed in Annex II to the Resolution of the General Road Traffic Directorate on road traffic regulation in 2022).
The lifting of restrictions does not apply to:

Similarly, during the same period from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 March 2022, the restrictions on dangerous goods, vehicles requiring an additional authorization and special vehicles referred to in section 1 “Common restrictions” of Annex V of the Traffic Regulation Decree of the Directorate General of Road Traffic will be lifted. road in 2022.
Restrictions on routes to be used by vehicles for the transport of dangerous goods provided for in section B.2.2 of the above-mentioned Resolutions (ie the RIMP network) will be maintained.
