Deutschland – A40-Rheinbrücke nun für schwere Lkw gesperrt
Nach der A1 in Leverkusen nun die A40 in Duisburg: In Nordrhein-Westfalen wird eine weitere wichtige Autobahnbrücke über den Rhein für schwere Lastwagen gesperrt.
Am letzten Freitag ist dafür an der A40 eine Schrankenanlage mit Waage in Betrieb genommen worden, zunächst allerdings nur in Fahrtrichtung Essen.
Eine Lkw-Sperre auf der maroden A40-Brücke in Fahrtrichtung Niederlande soll erst im kommenden Frühjahr folgen. Das Verbot, die Duisburger Rheinbrücke zu benutzen, gilt für Lastwagen mit einem Gesamtgewicht von mehr als 40 Tonnen oder einer Achslast von 11,5 Tonnen.
