As Daylight Saving Time also ends during the upcoming weekend, drivers would have to wait at parking lots and rest areas for more than two days before they could continue their journeys.<br \/>\nFor this reason, from October 30 to November 1, the Minister has establsihed so-called time window to enable the movement of HGVs with a MAM above 7.5t on national roads:<br \/>\n\u25fe from 22:00 on Saturday (October 30) to 06:00 on Sunday (October 31) and<br \/>\n\u25fe from 22:00 on Sunday to 6:00 on Monday (November 1).<br \/>\nThis relaxation applies to domestic and international drivers.<br \/>\nThe HGV driving ban is in effect:<br \/>\non October 31, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m<br \/>\non November 1, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the request of the Hungarian road carrier association MKFE, the country\u2019s minister of transport has temporarily suspended the HGV driving ban during the upcoming long weekend.
