Data from road authorities and the latest reports indicate extreme transport disruptions, directly impacting road traffic, logistics, and supply chains.<\/div>\n<\/h1>\n<p style=\"font-size:1.1rem\">Many local and regional routes are closed to traffic, hampering truck and delivery access, particularly in the provinces of C\u00e1diz, Ja\u00e9n, M\u00e1laga, and Sevilla. Infrastructure problems are exacerbated by waterlogged soil, causing landslides and road collapses, which pose serious safety risks. The situation is severe enough that transit and distribution traffic is being forced to take detours and longer routes, affecting travel times and operational costs.<\/p>\n<p>According to the latest data from the Direcci\u00f3n General de Tr\u00e1fico (DGT) and the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, a total of 186 roads in Andalusia are affected by heavy rain and flooding. The provinces most impacted are:<br \/>\n\u2022\tC\u00e1diz &#8211; 65 roads<br \/>\n\u2022\tC\u00f3rdoba &#8211; 31 roads<br \/>\n\u2022\tGranada &#8211; 26 roads<br \/>\n\u2022\tJa\u00e9n &#8211; 21 roads<br \/>\n\u2022\tSevilla &#8211; 18 roads<br \/>\n\u2022\tM\u00e1laga &#8211; 16 roads<br \/>\n\u2022\tHuelva &#8211; 7 roads<br \/>\n\u2022\tAlmer\u00eda &#8211; 2 roads<\/p>\n<p><b>Key routes facing severe disruptions:<\/b><br \/>\n\u2b55 A-48 near Vejer de la Frontera (C\u00e1diz) &#8211; closed toward Tarifa, with the main transport section in the area impassable.<br \/>\n\u2b55 A-44 near Campillo de Arenas (Ja\u00e9n) &#8211; road cut off, hindering connectivity toward Granada.<br \/>\n\u2b55 A-32 between Villacarrillo and Albacete &#8211; also closed, affecting freight transport flow.<br \/>\n\u2b55 A-373 in Prado del Rey (C\u00e1diz) &#8211; major subsidence and road collapse; section completely impassable.<br \/>\n\u2b55 A-374 in the Serran\u00eda de Ronda area &#8211; multiple sections damaged or closed due to landslides and cracks in the pavement.<br \/>\n\u2b55 Local roads such as MA-7402, MA-8306, and others in the Genal and Guadalteba valleys remain closed due to mud and flooding.<\/p>\n<p>Weather Warnings<br \/>\n\u25fe Orange Alert (significant risk) by Aemet is in effect in the Grazalema comarca (C\u00e1diz) until 20:00, with expected rainfall of up to 150 liters\/m\u00b2 in 24 hours.<br \/>\n\u25fe Yellow Alerts (low risk) are in effect in: Ronda (M\u00e1laga), Estrecho (C\u00e1diz), Nevada and Alpujarras (Granada), Cazorla and Segura (Ja\u00e9n).<br \/>\n\u25fe Yellow Alerts also apply to winds up to 70 km\/h in the comarcas of Valle del Almanzora, Los V\u00e9lez, Nacimiento, Campo de Tabernas, Poniente, Capital, and the Costa de Granada.<br \/>\n\u25fe On the Poniente coast and Almer\u00eda, in the Estrecho (C\u00e1diz) and Costa de Granada, yellow coastal warnings are also active, with winds up to 60 km\/h (force 7) and waves up to 3 meters.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heavy rainfall and the aftermath of successive storms in southern Spain continue to paralyze the road network in the Andalusia region.
