The restriction concerns vehicles with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) exceeding 7.5 tonnes.<\/p>\n<p>Hauliers transporting goods to or from Bulgaria via the Vama Veche border crossing are advised to use the following detour route:<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f DN38 \u2013 DJ391 (Mangalia \u2013 Albe\u0219ti \u2013 Negru Vod\u0103)<\/p>\n<p><b>The following categories of transport are exempt from the restriction:<\/b><br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Passenger transport<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Transport of live animals and perishable goods<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Postal and funeral transport<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Emergency and rescue vehicles<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Transport of fuel, water, food, and agricultural products<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Temperature-controlled transport<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Municipal cleaning services and roadside assistance vehicles<br \/>\n\u25aa\ufe0f Military transports participating in international exercises<\/p>\n<p>UNTRR urges hauliers to take these restrictions into account when planning routes, in order to avoid delays, fines, and traffic disruptions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National Union of Road Hauliers from Romania (UNTRR) informs about the introduction of temporary restrictions on truck traffic on national road DN39 in the Constan\u021ba region.
