During the closure is required to enable concreting spaces between new road panels.<\/div>\n<\/h1>\n<p style=\"font-size:1.1rem\">The bridge will be reopened to car traffic the same day at 12:00, but drivers of HGVs will have to wait until 9:00 AM on March 28.
