{"id":18238,"date":"2023-02-03T00:00:13","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T00:00:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/news.1414.html"},"modified":"2023-02-03T00:00:13","modified_gmt":"2023-02-03T00:00:13","slug":"russia-ban-on-foreign-transport-entry-and-transit-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/avicegroup.com\/de\/russia-ban-on-foreign-transport-entry-and-transit-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Russia: ban on foreign transport entry and transit"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"ui header\">\n<div class=\"sub header\">The Russian authorities have extended the restrictions introduced on October 10, 2022 until June 30, 2023.<\/div>\n<\/h1>\n<p style=\"font-size:1.1rem\">Regulation No.2466, dated 28 December 2022, which changes the previous regulation No. 1728 of September 30, 2022, extends the ban on foreign transport entry and transit, which applies to road carriers from EU Member States, Ukraine, Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Norway.<\/p>\n<p><b>The ban applies to:<\/b><br \/>\n\u25fe bilateral transports,<br \/>\n\u25fe transit,<br \/>\n\u25fe transport to or from a third country.<\/p>\n<p><b>The ban does not apply to the following cases of cross-border transportation:<\/b><br \/>\n\u2705 postal transport,<br \/>\n\u2705 diplomatic pouch and consular valise,<br \/>\n\u2705 humanitarian aid,<br \/>\n\u2705 goods entering through the Belarusian-Russian border,<br \/>\n\u2705 goods in trailers and semi-trailers, registered in foreign states, towed by vehicles registered in Russia or Belarus.<\/p>\n<p>As before, transhipment of goods to Russian or Belarusian vehicles, or trailer\/semitrailer swap to Russian or Belarusian vehicles, provided these transport operators have permits for the preceding and\/or subsequent leg, if relevant, and vice versa is allowed only in designated customs controlled areas located in:<br \/>\n\u25b6 Kaliningrad region (all municipal districts),<br \/>\n\u25b6 Leningrad region (Vyborg municipal district, Kingishepsk municipal district),<br \/>\n\u25b6 Murmansk region (the city of Murmansk, Pechensk minicipal district, Kola district, Kandalagh district),<br \/>\n\u25b6 Pskov region (the city of Pskov, Sezhsky district, Pechory district, Askilovsky district),<br \/>\n\u25b6 Republic of Karelia (Kostomuk municipal district, Lakhdenponsky district, Lakhsky district, Sortavali district),<br \/>\n\u25b6 St. Petersburg.<br \/>\nIn addition, the amount of fuel in the tanks of foreign freight vehicles exiting Russia must not exceed 200 litres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Russian authorities have extended the restrictions introduced on October 10, 2022 until June 30, 2023.
