Die Brücke ist Teil einer stark befahrenen Straße von Brünn nach Wien.
Gegenwärtig gilt die Beschränkung für Lkw mit einem zGG von 13 t und im nächsten Jahr wird sie vollständig geschlossen.
Der Verkehr wird durch die Städte Břeclav und Znojmo umgeleitet.
