Italien – die wöchentliche Ruhezeit im Fahrzeug wird gestraft
Gemäß dem Urteil des Gerichtshofs der Europäischen Union vom 2. Dezember 2017, hat das italienische Innenministerium am 30. April ein Rundschreiben herausgegeben das die Möglichkeit enthält Fahrer zu bestrafen wenn sie ihre regelmäßige wöchentliche Ruhezeit im Fahrzeug verbringen.
Laut dem Rundschreiben werden solche Fälle als ein Verstoß gegen die Verordnung behandelt.
Die Strafe kann zwischen 425 und 1701 Euro liegen.
