Vorläufig ist das nur möglich in der Provinz Oppeln im Süden Polens, wo Kartenterminale von hiesiger Polizei getestet werden, aber bald kommen solche Geräte überall in Polen zum Einsatz.
Aufgrund von der Verordnung des Ministerpräsidenten vom 4 September 2017, dürfen die Polizei und andere uniformierten Dienste Kartenterminale verwenden um es dem Fahrer der bestraft worden ist zu ermöglichen ein Bußgeld vor Ort mit eine Karte zu bezahlen.
Die Lösung soll auch günstig sein für Personen die einen Verkehrsverstoß begangen haben aber in Polen dauerhaft nicht leben und kein polnisches Geld debei haben.
