Spanien wird das Verbringen der regelmäßigen Wochenruhezeit im Fahrzeug bestrafen
Spanien hat auch auf das Urteil des Gerichtshofs der Europäischen Union vom 20. Dezember 2017 reagiert, wonach Lkw-Fahrer ihre wöchentliche Pause nicht im Fahrzeug verbringen dürfen.
Fenadismer, der Verband der Verkehrsunternehmen in der Gemeinschaft Madrid hat bestätigt, dass das Infrastrukturministerium schon an eine Änderung des Gesetzes arbeitet, das den Fahrern das Verbringen der regelmäßigen Wochenruhezeit im Fahrzeug untersagt.
Im Moment ist die Höhe der Strafe unbekannt. Das Verbot wird voraussichtlich am 1. Juli 2018 wirksam.
