Neue Regeln für die ordnungsgemäße Ladungssicherung in Spanien
Die Verordnung, die am 20. Mai in Kraft tritt, wird Transportunternehmen neue Verpflichtungen im Bereich Ladungssicherung auferlegen.
Die Vorschriften gelten für alle Fahrzeuge die mit Geschwindigkeiten über 25 km/h fahren können. Die Kontrolleure haben das Recht zu überprüfen, ob die Ladung ordnungsgemäß gesichert ist, um sicherzustellen, dass sie keine Gefahr für die Verkehrssicherheit, das Eigentum, die Gesundheit oder die natürliche Umwelt darstellt. Im Rahmen der Inspektion können die Inspektoren überprüfen, wie sich die Ladung während verschiedener Manöver verhält.
