Belgium – Night closures on E19 may cause delays
From Wednesday, October 8 to Sunday, October 12, 2025, truck drivers heading towards Antwerp and Ghent should expect nighttime closures on the E19 motorway near the Antwerpen-Noord interchange.
The Flemish Agency for Roads and Traffic (Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer – AWV) has announced maintenance and resurfacing works to be carried out during this period.

During the works, the E19 towards Antwerp/Ghent will be completely closed. The roadworks schedule is as follows:
⭕ Wednesday to Friday: between 21:00 and 05:00
⭕ Saturday morning: until 07:30
⭕ Sunday morning: until 08:30
⭕ Saturday evening: works will start at 22:00 (one hour later than on other days)
Traffic will be diverted via the A12 motorway:
⭕ Exit Ekeren (16)
⭕ then Noorderlaan (N180)
⭕ rejoining the A12 towards Antwerp
During the day, the E19 will remain open, but traffic will run on the asphalt base layer with temporary yellow markings.
No disruptions are expected in the direction of the Netherlands.
